Students as young as 6 months old, learn the fundamental ISR skill of rolling onto their backs to float, rest, and breathe. Infants and toddlers who are not yet walking well will learn to maintain this position until help can reach them.
Your baby builds critical aquatic survival skills that can protect them long before traditional swim lessons ever begin.
Move from being face-down to a safe back-float position
Stay afloat calmly without panic
Maintain controlled breathing while floating
Preserve strength and remain visible in water until help arrives
