In this program, your toddler builds on basic survival skills and develops a complete self-rescue sequence that they can use if they ever fall into water.
Move forward using coordinated arms and legs
Roll onto the back to rest and breathe
Alternate swimming and floating as needed
Increase distance without panic or fatigue
Reach the wall or exit independently
As toddlers and young children gain more physical skills on land, they are ready to learn more skills in the water as well. ISR teaches children to swim a short distance, rotate onto their back to a floating position, and then turn over to continue the sequence of swimming and floating until they can reach safety at the steps, side of the pool, or shoreline.
Weekly rate for ISR self-rescue swim lessons. These are one-on-one lessons personalized to your child's needs.
Each week includes 5 daily lessons (Monday-Friday), 10 minutes each. This daily repetition is essential for building muscle memory and retention of survival skills.
We understand lessons are an investment. Contact us to discuss payment options that work for your family's budget.
If you are new to ISR, you will need to complete ISR registration prior to starting lessons.
